• Centrally located and easily accessible - 2 km from Secunderabad Railway Station, 2 km from the Central Bus Stand, and 0.5 km from the nearest metro station. 

•  90 minutes of UPS backup plus a 63.5 KVA generator for unlimited power backup. 

• Biometric access control, robust security systems, and CCTV surveillance throughout. 

• Waiting hall, drinking water, parking, and washroom facilities.
